At JSSI, LLC, the safety and satisfaction of our customers are important to us. We are committed to the quality and safety of our AIRDOE skincare line and take reports of potential adverse reactions seriously.
This page is specifically designated for reporting adverse reactions associated with AIRDOE skincare products distributed by JSSI, LLC.
How to Report a Reaction
If you experience an unexpected reaction while using an AIRDOE skincare product, please discontinue use and contact us at joanna@jssistore.com.
Please use the subject line AIRDOE Reaction Report and include the following information:

AIRDOE product name

Product lot or batch number, if available

Date of purchase, if known

Date you first used the product
-
Date the reaction began
-
Description of the reaction or symptoms

Whether you discontinued using the product

Whether medical attention or treatment was required
Photographs of the product or affected area may be included voluntarily. Please do not send sensitive medical records by email.
Review of Reports
JSSI, LLC will document and evaluate reports involving AIRDOE skincare products and may contact you for additional information.
Reports will be handled in accordance with applicable cosmetic product safety requirements.
Important Safety Information
Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.
If you experience difficulty breathing, severe swelling, or another medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention or call 911. Do not wait for an email response.
