HIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

• Standard Shipping — $7.95, estimated 3–7 business days
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $70 or more
• Expedited Shipping — UPS or FedEx options may be available at checkout at calculated rates.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and do not include our 1–3 business day processing time.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at joanna@jssistore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to make it right.
