 SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for all US orders:

  • Standard Shipping — via USPS, estimated 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping — via UPS or FedEx, estimated 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping — via UPS or FedEx, estimated 1 business day

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations via DHL Express. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at joanna@jssistore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
