Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, beauty, skincare, hair care, cosmetics, body care, and other personal care products that have been opened, used, tested, or had their original seal removed cannot be returned unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened, used, or tested beauty and personal care products

  • Products with a broken or removed hygiene or safety seal

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

Sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the policy above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason, as required by applicable law.

Returned merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by JSSI or the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
